I am a creative problem-solver hell-bent on helping others get the results they want in life and work.

I’ve spent the past two decades supporting clients in government and private business. I’ve consulted with all kinds of people and organizations in dozens of industries. And I’ve helped all of them improve their effectiveness, up their impact, get more done, and feel good about it.

We Started This Because Too Many People Are Stuck

Not for lack of talent. Not for lack of effort.

But because they’re overwhelmed by too many options (or not seeing any), unclear on what matters most, or holding on to outdated advice that just doesn't work anymore.

We knew it didn’t have to be this way.

After decades of leading, coaching, and developing professionals and leadership teams across industries, we—Robin Camarote and Jen Camden—kept seeing the same pattern: smart, capable people waiting for clarity, when what they really needed was momentum.

So we teamed up to change that.

I’m Robin Camarote—executive coach, leadership strategist, and founder of Next-Level Partners. I help ambitious professionals and leadership teams stop overthinking and start moving.

After two decades coaching executives, leading organizational change, and surviving more than one “what now?” career moment of my own, I’ve learned this: clarity doesn’t come from more thinking. It comes from doing.

I work with high-achievers who feel stuck—professionals who’ve accomplished a lot but want more impact, more momentum, and more meaning. Through practical coaching, bold frameworks like CLIMB, and real talk about what it actually takes to lead, I help my clients make confident decisions and build careers they’re proud of.
