Meet the Creator of the Quit Fix
Hello! I'm Robin Camarote
I'm an ICC-certified executive coach, consultant, and creative problem solver hell-bent on helping others get the results they want. I'm on a mission to help ambitious, goal-oriented leaders see their team’s potential, focus their efforts, and manage their time.
Through these workshops, I help teams better understand what they want and how to get it—so they can love their jobs again.
My book, Flock: Getting Leaders to Follow is an Amazon best-seller in Organizational Behavior. I recently launched Own It: Drive Your Career to a Place of Happiness and Success. I write a column for Inc.com and have been featured in Business Insider, GovExec.com, and Bloomberg Government.
Outside of work, I am a mother of three energetic kids in the DC Metro area. I feel most alive when working toward a personal goal, which lately is often a race of sorts.
